Brief Hiatus Coming Up

I have a lot on my plate in the next two weeks, and probably won't have anything except short comments on my blog until after the Peace Conference ends Sept. 14th. Please be patient, everybody. I'll try to get something on here every chance I get, but if I don't manage anything before the 15th...

I'll be back.

Thanks, David, I will!
You too. When do you leave for Brazil?

Well, we are waiting for our Visas right now. As soon as we get that stamp on our passport, we will be gone within a few days, unless it is after September 22. If that happens, we miss starting language school and will have to wait until February. So... I am hoping next week, or the week after, but we will see. Thanks for asking.

ur doin good so far!

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.

I have come into this world to see this:
the sword drop from men's hands even at the height
of their arc of anger
because we have finally realized there is just one flesh to wound
and it is His - the Christ's, our
Beloved's.
